Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available), so you can follow your package’s progress.
Delivery issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at shopcare@siamartisancollective.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue wherever possible.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Siam Artisan Collective. If you are not happy for any reason, you may request a return within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Return eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original delivery date for any reason, except where an item has been damaged through misuse, alteration, or improper handling.

If the item is unopened and in its original packaging, it is eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping costs.

If the item has been opened or worn, it is eligible for store credit only.

To qualify for either a refund or store credit, the item must be returned in acceptable condition and must not be damaged due to misuse, alteration, or improper handling.
Non‑returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non‑returnable at checkout

How to start a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at shopcare@siamartisancollective.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds and store credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval status.

Eligible unopened items will be refunded to your original method of payment, minus original shipping costs.

Eligible opened or worn items will receive store credit only.

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund or store credit to be processed. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges & damaged items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, or if your order arrives damaged, please email shopcare@siamartisancollective.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Return shipping costs

For returns where the item is not defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If we made a mistake or you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
